We couldn't fit all the stories here that were sent in even though we would have liked to, but here are some of the other great ones we received:
"I've only had to call customer service one time. When I was purchasing my PAX about 2 years ago, I noticed it came with a free grinder. I already have a nice grinder so I called customer service to see if it could be substituted. The representative did not even hesitate to offer me a solution of a storage case instead. I work in customer service so I know how hard it is to please a customer but this was definitely not the case here. Never had a problem with anything to have to call back again! I know this may not win any contest but I've been wanting to right a good testimonial anyway."
"This is my first time purchasing on VapeWorld personally, my friend always does my purchases for me but when I saw the PAX 2 I knew I had to have it asap. After contacting your customer care on the phone they ensured me that my item would be shipped today in order to meet a small pickup window as I would be traveling to Jamaica and would really want to have my new device for my journey. The customer service agents were very pleasant to speak to and related to the customer very well, very pleased with that. Not only did my item arrive on time/early, but I was pleased to see the top quality grinder that I was upgraded to as a free gift. "I am a satisfied customer and PAX user. My first PAX lasted about 6 months, before it developed some technical issues. I contacted VapeWorld , and I was clearly given the information on returning my PAX, and within a week, I received my new one, which has been working well for 18 months now. I am considering getting the Pax 2, and using VapeWorld as my seller. Happy 2015 !"

"Well I ordered one QuickDraw vaporiser on 7th April. Which I was planing to gift to my girlfriend on her birthday. There was some delay with the order processing and this kinda made me feel low and made me rethink upon my decision of going for an international order (I am from India u see :p ) ,and when I contacted VapeWorld regarding this thorough mail their quick and caring reply reassured me that my money was in best hands it could ever be :D. I was really happy to see how dedicated their team was, It was Becky, she understood my problem and right away upgraded my shipping from ordinary international mail to priority mail for FREE . In my country this kinda customer support & response is truly unmatched when compared online based firms (every order I have ever placed online untill now kept me worried till I received my package). This time I have not yet received my package but i feel ‘when there is such a dedicated team on my job why should I be worried at all’. "I recently saw a vaporizer that was priced differently on another authorized dealer’s website, I hopped on VapeWorld website via online chat and requested if they would price match and they did! The customer service I recieved was excellent, I normally order through the manufacturer website but always paying retail, slow shipping, poor CS, and sometimes taxes. Not with VapeWorld I got it actually $100 bucks under retail (scored), thanks again for the awesome deal."
