Chronic Cranberry Sauce

Chronic Cranberry Sauce

Danksgiving is definitely high up on my list of favorite holidays. What’s better than a holiday that’s centered around acknowledging everything you’re grateful for...especially the fire Thanksgiving feast *insert drooling emoji here*. Cranberry sauce is a fall festive staple, it's as essential to Thanksgiving turkey as marshmallows are to pumpkin pie casseroles. Thanks to the MagicalButter machine, my cranberry sauce recipe has a little secret green ingredient. The MagicalButter machine is engineered to make your life a whole lot easier by infusing your dry herbs into the cooking base of your choice without any hassle! You don't need butter or oil to make your sky high infusions, bases like honey give you the same good feelz, but give you so much freedom when creating edibles. Follow my recipe below for a simple, sweet and savory cranberry sauce to elevate your turkey-day dinner.

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

1. Rinse the cranberries and throw away any that are squishy.

2. In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the cranberries, MagicalButter Honey, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries have popped and the sauce has thickened. Depending on your sauce thickness preference, cook the mixture for 5-10 minutes (the more time spent reducing, the thicker your sauce will be).

3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the orange zest. Taste and, if the mixture is too tart, add a little bit of more of MagicalButter Honey for sweetness.

ENJOY!!
