Customer Loyalty Month at VapeWorld

Among April being National Pet Month and Poetry Month, April is also International Customer Loyalty Month! We're making this entire month a great excuse to show how much we love and appreciate our awesome customers. 

We are super excited to announce that all month long, we will be giving away surprise items on our social media channels, special customer appreciation promotions on our site, and sharing stories from our customer care team.

Everyone who sends in a VapeWorld customer service story will be entered in a drawing to win a $100 shopping spree at VapeWorld, as well as access to their own personal shopper! What does this mean, you ask? This means that one lucky winner will get to schedule a phone call appointment with one of our top Customer Care Agents for a personal shopping experience. For however long they desire, the winner will be able to discuss their personal vaping needs, and together they will determine the best products that fit the winner's desires.

To get started, I asked our Customer Care Manager, Marcia, to send us a couple of her favorite customer stories from her team:

One time I ordered from VapeWorld and I bought a gift for my best friend's birthday - but I ordered pretty late and wasn't sure I'd get it in time. The really nice person who picked up (wish I remembered his name - Greg, maybe?) gave me free upgraded shipping to make sure I got it in time! It arrived the day before my friend's party and she lovvvved her new vape. :)

Recently, while placing an order for The Mighty Vaporizer, I opted in for 2-day XpressPost shipping for an extra $36.60. However, the parcel was shipped via regular post and I was thus unable to track it via the Canada Post website. Needless to say I did not receive the parcel within 2 business days, as was promised. Customer service outright refuses to provide any restitution and responds by telling me to wait an additional 3 business days. Customer Service blames Canada Post's tracking system, and accepts no responsibility. I was told to return the parcel if I am not satisfied. Meanwhile I am out almost $800.00 + $37 for expedited shipping that never took place. Buyer beware!! Loyalty towards their customers? I think not.

Hi Claude,

I am so sorry to hear about your experience! I can assure you that this is not normal, and we are currently working on resolving this for you to the best of our ability.

I just contacted our Customer Care department to look into this further for you. It looks like your package is still out for delivery, and will most likely be delivered today. In cases like this, we are more than happy to refund the cost of the upgraded shipping, which we will certainly be doing for you! If your package is not delivered by the end of the day today, we will be in touch with Canada Post and ensure that a new unit is sent to you.

Once again, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to turn the situation around for you.

Have called vape world when one of my vaporizer aren't working,the staff is always very knowledgeable about very issue I have had.I recommend them to all my friends and family. I'm an 0l' hippie who wasn't sold on this new fandangledo new way of enjoyment. ..very professional and caring..i'my sold on them now..

I recently saw a vaporizer that was priced differently on another authorized dealer's website, I hopped on VapeWorld website via online chat and requested if they would price match and they did! The customer service I recieved was excellent, I normally order through the manufacturer website but always paying retail, slow shipping, poor CS, and sometimes taxes.
Not with VapeWorld I got it acually $100 bucks under retail (scored), thanks again for the awesome deal :)

I was in Mexico and my vaporizer with me broke . I called vapeworld & to help me get a vaporizer which the manufactures allowed to be sold out of Canada & USA. ,they did an awesome job !

This a wonderful VAPE to own. I mean GLORIOUS! It has helped me wonderously due to much needed meds that make me very nauseous. Prior to PLOOM I had to hide and be very [inconspicuous], without others knowing and literally get sick, vomit, embarrassing, to say the least. With this VAPE I can always feel up to par, just one [draw]! For those older (55) it assists us to be mainstream and not feel like we are going to jail!!!! Thank you do very much!!!!!! Love y'all!!

Well I ordered one quick draw vaporiser on 7 th April. Which I was planing to gift to my girlfriend on her birthday. There was some delay with the order processing and this kinda made me feel low and made me rethink upon my decision of going for an international order (I am from India u see :p ) ,and when I contacted Vape world regarding this thorough mail their quick and caring reply reassured me that my money was in best hands it could ever be :D. I was really happy to see how dedicated their team was , It was Becky , she understood my problem and right away upgraded my shipping from ordinary international mail to priority mail for FREE . In my country this kinda customer support & response is truly unmatched when compared online based firms (every order I have ever placed online untill now kept me worried till I received my package). This time I have not yet received my package but i feel 'when there is such a dedicated team on my job why should I be worried at all'. Thanks Vape world to make me believe that online shopping can be so painless !!!
PS . I have never been to any other website that can be so trust worthy.
