International Orders

We provide shipping options through the United States Postal Service for every country all over the world, we didn't call ourselves Vape WORLD for nothing. We have many friends who have ordered in countries like Bulgaria, Brasil, Ukraine, Australia and of course Ireland. VapeWorld.com's checkout process features real-time true-to-cost shipping options built-in so you won't have to wait for an email back from us - feel secure and confident that we will make sure your vaporizer order will safely arrive at your international location. All international orders are subject to custom/duty fees - this is based on your government and is not something we can change or reduce.

A common question we receive here at Vape World is from our Canadian customers who have been waiting for 10 days and still have not received anything. We ship ALL International order via the United States Postal Service due to their lower custom fees (another way VapeWorld.com saves YOU, our customer money) the only downfall to this is that they do not update tracking when your item is in your country. Please be patient when waiting for your order - most of the time it's your country's customs department holding the package. If you still have not received your item after 14 business days then please contact us so we can try to look into it further. Anything before 14 business days we really cannot do anything since most packages are rated at 10-14 business days.

International Customers – Please Note Customs Policy:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Addendum 1.1

There is a recent trend lately at VapeWorld.com of many of our customers ordering vaporizers, scales and grinders on Thursday or Friday expecting them by the weekend – we can always get something to you on Saturday but it is very important you choose the right shipping option.

Thursday scenarios:

You order on Thursday before 02:30pm EST and choose 2 day shipping thinking it will be there on Saturday – that will not happen. FedEx delivers on Saturday but for a fee. The Saturday delivery option is not yet available on our site for 2 day or overnight so you would have to call us if that’s what you’d like to do. But to save you the call – if you need an order for Saturday and you are placing it by 02:30 EST on Thursday you need to pay for Standard Overnight Shipping – this is the same cost as 2 Day with Saturday Delivery. Not only will you have it the next day, a day before the weekend, but it is also the same cost you would’ve paid for 2 day with Saturday delivery.

Friday scenarios:

You order after 02:30pm EST on Thursday or before 02:30pm EST on Friday and pay for overnight delivery thinking it will arrive on Saturday. That would make sense except FedEx does not work like that. Saturday delivery always has a fee associated with it. Since this is not an option on the VapeWorld.com site yet if you need a package delivered on a Saturday anytime, overnight, 3 day or 2 day you must, either pay for the next faster shipping option (it will be the same price – we promise) or if on Fridays you must call us so we can charge you the $16 upgrade to Saturday delivery.

The fee for Saturday delivery is $16 across the board. Most of the time the next shipping option is less than or maybe a few dollars more than the $16 fee.
