Da Buddha Vaporizer

Three years on, still the best vape...no issues yet! Hooked up to simple glass water piece. Never combusts unless I set it too high too soon.

I've had mine for about 2 and a half years and it still works like its brand new. A healthy alternative to traditional uses and you consume less product as opposed to traditional uses. Must buy, well worth it.

Yea it's pretty good. Overtime though I found myself enjoying other vapes over it. The tubing on the whip is impossible to clean so you must buy new to get that clean vaping experience. Depending on how much you use it, it could be a couple times a year. It's easy to get too hot of a draw. Their customer service is just ok.

Smokes perfectly. Excellent build quality and materials. Looks awesome. Came with everything I needed and more, not to mention the most fantastic carrier bag I have ever seen included for any product in my entire life (I am not exaggerating here, you won't even believe this bag, it looks like something that would get sold separately for practically the same price as the vape itself and it serves its purpose beautifully). Set-up was nearly instantaneous and completely no-B.S. Simplicity, functionality, beauty, and price; if this sounds like marketing to you ask someone who owns one, it really doesn't get better than this. I have tried so many vaporizers and this is everything I ever wanted out of one, after hundreds of dollars down the drain on the gimmicky crap others get sold with (especially the expensive ones; won't mention other product names but boy are they popular).

If you're in the market for a new vape or your first one ever, get this. I'm half thinking about sending them a damn thank you letter and a fruit basket.

All I can say about this vape is that it's awesome. It heats up fast, works perfectly and is sturdy and well made. I've even accidentally left it on all night while I was sleeping 3 times and it wasn't very hot and there was also nothing wrong with it. It's fairly light and doesn't get too hot (besides the glass around the heating element of course.) It was my first vape and I'm very happy with my choice.

I bought this a year ago hoping it would help conserve my blends and eliminate odors..it has done that and so much more. I found it to be a very sturdy and well made design that is straight forward and very user friendly..also easy to clean. It takes about 2 minutes to heat up and the taste is so much better than smoking. It leaves no smell which was very important and now I can read or watch tv while I enjoy my [aromatherapy] and dont have to bother going outside. This thing has probably paid for itself by now because it uses much less [blends] to medicate me. You can even save what you vape and use it for butter so its a very efficient product. I would put this vaporizer right up against any of the much more expensive ones..this thing is well made and does everything youd want in a vaporizer. Can't think of a single complaint. One other bonus is the long cord..other vaporizers usually need an extension cord but this one reaches everywhere. It's been a great companion this past year both to me and the friends who've enjoyed it aswell..worth every cent.

I require much less plant material than I used to using combustion techniques. 3. great "stay at home"/ "coffee table" kind of piece. 4. the effect of vapor is much "cleaner" than smoke which is something one can only understand once they've vaporized but trust me this is a real empirically measurable difference.

The quality of the product itself is quite sturdy and durable. Glass-on-glass guarantees purity. Heating element works on command. All parts easy to disassemble and clean. The quality of the vapors are top-notch. Exceptional experience, first-rate in my opinion.

Learning curve required. It really comes down to practice, as far as the heating and suction is involved. For example, the different heating levels that the rotating knob can give you vary incredibly. Also, the different speeds at which you draw air affect how rapidly or slowly the heat is produced. Personally, I found the best method of vaporizing was the knob at 1130 o'clock while slowly drawing, mimicking the breath amounts absorbed with the average Yawn--You'll be flying almost instantly after your first complete draw).

The only problem I could find was the wand sometimes falling off the heating chamber, my assumptions is that I might have gotten a faulty wand (the ground glass part), and it eventually shattered from a fall. I've ordered a new one today from Vaperworld, so I'll review that process later.

Worth every penny! The amount of material you save, if used the right way, are incredible. I consider myself a daily user and a gram easily lasts me an entire week. Alright, I want to address a few things here.

The Unit:

First of all, Da Buddha is one of the most cost-effective units out there. The next closest unit on price is the Hot Box and while it has stealth going for it, Da Buddha has a temperature control knob, which was the selling point for me.

The quality of the materials is fantastic. I was weary of using anything with plastic components (heat + plastics = carcinogens), so the all glass and aluminum construction feels solid and is safe to use.

VapeWorld Experience:

Another thing I want to address is the quality of Vape World. Prices are great, customer service is great, shipping was extremely fast. I mean, look at the website and tell me how many other vaporizer websites out there actually feel legitimate? VapeWorld dominates the market, and I enthusiastically recommend them to all of my friends.


** HOW TO USE DA BUDDHA **

I've been using my unit for about 4 months now and after reading a few reviews, I think some people need a brief explanation on how to use the unit--there are definitely some tricks and tips that maximize your vaping experience with this unit.

First of all, realize that it does not draw like conventional methods. Since the air intake is right below the wand, the air goes in, flows past the heating element. Thus, drawing it quickly only causes room temperature air to rush in and out without ever having time to heat up. THIS IS THE MOST COMMON MISTAKE!!! I love watching my friends try to take huge draws like you would using conventional mehtods only to get nothing and then pass it to me and look amazed as I get a perfect draw while barely inhaling. THE KEY IS A SLOW STEADY DRAW. This allows the air to move in, get heated up and go across your aromatherapy. Another tweak is sliding the wand in and out of the unit while drawing. This allows you to fill the whip up with vape, then remove it to clear it, then reapply it to refill. This method allows for a bigger draws because you're not just drawing straight hot vapor. You should see thick vapor building up in the wand if you're doing it right. Drawing it harder = less vapor.

So, drawing properly is the first trick, the second is the temperature knob. Start with some nice, easy draws with the temp on 35-40%, and every two draws or so, or every round if your vaping in a group, crank the temp up a little bit. I rarely get past 50-55% because I found that with the slow draw technique, you actually start SETTING FIRE to the material around 60% which obviously defeats the purpose of buying a vaporizer (and you will NEVER be able to get the burned taste out of the plastic whip--I ended up ordering another one after making this mistake once).

Another trick is to take the poker and stir the ingredients after every 2-3 draws. Also, taking the wand out and rotating it a little and putting it back in allows different parts of the wand to receive more even heating, maximizing your vaporizing.

Basically, just take it slow and savor your experience--that's why you made the vaporizer investment in the first place, right? I find that by using these tricks and taking it slow, a small amount should produce 6-10 draws of maximum potency vapor. A full (1/3-1/2 full) wand is enough for 4 people to get 3-4 draws each, which should be plenty!!!

I had to turn the temperature to its highest setting in order to barely vaporize. On top of this, when drawing, the heater would loose its redness, and in order to get a thick draw I would have to wait for the heater to turn red again. This is a major buzz kill, especially for something I spent alot of money on. In order to fix this, 7th Floor made me pay for shipping, which comes out to be over 20$ for packaging and everything. Honestly, I wish I'd gone with the Extreme.

Ive had my DBV for around 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it! Very easy to use & setup. Just setup the dial,grab the wand, & slide it in and you're off & vaping. Top quality product delivered with top quality customer service! Ill definitely be buying from Vapeworld from now on.

first off, i got the black unit, and it is powder coated with a neat looking and durable matte textured black, that i think will hold up nice and remain cool looking. it isn't terribly large, and really does get hot and ready to use in 2-3 minutes.. i think that might be my favorite part.. and even though it is hot, the unit itself is only warm to the touch..
the handsfree is a no brainer, and the heat distribution seems to be very balanced.. the 3 yr warranty gives me faith that it the heating element is built to last.. and the rest of the unit is just so strongly constructed, i just cant find anything to go wrong...
on the health aspect, the air passes through glass only. the only thing in the path of the air is the red hot ceramic heating element, which is hot enough to have burned any impurities after about 10 minutes.. so it is vapor, and air.. i like that.

Wow, this thing is amazing! I haven't tried any other vaporizers before but read and read a ton of information before deciding to buy this particular model.

I don't know if this is a good beginner model but I got the hang of it quickly after understanding the principles and various techniques. Really not a lot to it but it is a preference and feel thing.

Things that stand out to me about this unit are:

- Well made, feels solid and sturdy
- Outside ceramic casing does not get hot, only gets slightly warm with the heat cranked.
- Snug and secure glass to glass connection with the whip and heater cover
- Easy to clean glass connections, just remove and clean with preferred method
- Provides the desired strength and thickness of vapor
- 3 year warranty with the product provides assurance it will last.

The first unit I received had a faulty temperature knob that made the unit difficult to shut off. While this was something that still met performance expectations, Vapeworld agreed it should be replaced sent me out a new Buddha right away.

This thing is awesome. Provides a completely different experience that I have really started to enjoy. Almost too powerful at times. A great investment that I have already forgotten about how much it cost. Well worth it and an amazing purchase and product experience!

So far I've tried chamomile which is relaxing and tastes great. Thyme is relaxing too but more mild than the chamomile. My favorite of the aromatic material listed on this site is definitely the lemon balm, EXTREMELY relaxing. There was also some sort of green samplesI found inside a baggie in my backpack. That was the most enjoyable of all; it made me feel great and I ate a TON afterwards.
